Click on the ‘Become a Partner’ button and complete the short form.  We will get back to you quickly with our broker application. We can approve you within 24 hours.  Our broker application is digital so it only takes 5-10 minutes to complete.

At any time you can click on ‘Today’s Rates’ and price a specific loan scenario. Once you are an approved broker, you can login to the portal (click Broker Login) and price out specific scenarios and submit loans to Everstream.
Everstream Mortgage requires the following information to send out the initial closing disclosure:
Status of conditional approval or later
Signed loan estimate
Title company information
Purchase contract or payoff letter for a refinance
Homeowners insurance policy
Property tax information
Appraisal (if needed)
We offer the following lock periods: 15 days, 30 days, 45 days, and 60 days. Active locks may be extended up to 4 times.  The cost of a lock extension is 2 bps per day.  Extensions must be requested on or before the lock expiration date by 5 PM EST.  We accept except locks everyday including weekends. Lock requests are accepted 7am to 10pm PST Monday through Sunday.
